We’re proud to recognize Uriah Borrowman as our June Employee Owner of the Month!

Since joining Team Kline Cedar Rapids just over a year ago, Uriah has shown exceptional drive, consistency, and a level of skill well beyond his experience. Despite starting with mostly trim experience, he hit the ground running in rough-in work—always eager to learn, always willing to lend a hand, and always the first one on site.

Uriah’s coworkers say:

He brings a positive outlook every morning (30 minutes early!), takes initiative without being asked, and sets a standard of clean, fast, and efficient work.
