At Team Kline, we believe that great careers are built not only in the field, but also through a commitment to learning and growth. Each year, we recognize individuals who rise to the top by putting in the hard work, dedication, and discipline required to succeed in the classroom through our 98 Club. These students finished their class with a grade of 98% or higher! This achievement reflects the Team Kline POWER values in action: taking pride in your work, owning your growth, embracing change, showing respect for the learning process, and creating opportunities for wealth and career development. Since partnering with Hawkeye Community College in 2021 to provide a hybrid, in house training program, we have seen our test scores continue to increase, demonstrating the impact of investing in our people and giving them the tools and support they need to succeed. Today, we are proud to celebrate the newest members of the 98 Club and their commitment to excellence.
