Team Kline Benefit Providers Have Changed


We’ve officially transitioned to new benefit providers as of October 1, 2025. Please review the updates below and take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the new plans and access options. 


What’s Changed 

  1. Medical: Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield (previously Health Partners) 

  2. Dental: SunLife (previously Delta Dental) 

  3. Vision: SunLife Vision (previously Avesis) 


Medical 

If you’re enrolled in medical coverage, your Wellmark ID cards should arrive in the mail soon. 

In the meantime, you can: 

Dental & Vision 

No physical ID cards are issued for these plans.  Your provider can locate your coverage using your name, date of birth, and Social Security number. 


Below are reference cards you can share with dental and vision offices if they need plan details. You can also view all plan information in the SunLife app.
