From maintaining clean job sites and caring for company assets to showing up ready to work and helping others succeed, Matt sets a great example of what it means to be an employee-owner. We have had some big changes lately in the Multi Family Department. Matt has embraced the new roles and transitioned into the new structure without missing a beat.
