Celebrating our April Employee Owner of the Month: Tyson

Please congratulate Cedar Rapids Apprentice, Tyson, for being selected as our Employee Owner of the month for April! Tyson is one who shows up everyday and takes great pride in his work. Tyson consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic by arriving ready to work each day, showing respect to his coworkers, and producing clean, timely work.

"Tyson shows up everyday and is able to complete whatever task I assign him. He never complains and his work always looks good. He just finished his first year of schooling (now enrolled into level 2) and is well above a first years skill set. I’m glad he’s on my job site and am excited to see how he excels as a future foreman."

Not only does he excel in the field above his skillset, but you will always see him at the top of the class for grades as well.

"Tyson works hard every day that he's on-site. He's got a get it done attitude and has been a crucial helper on a lot of our projects and I've yet to receive a complaint from any of my foreman about him. When I'm doing site visits, I always catch Tyson working away but when I do get to stop and chat with him, he's a great guy to shoot the breeze with. Overall, Tyson is a fantastic employee and I believe that given the opportunity, he'll continue to grow and become a very successful electrician."
