Dawn’s willingness to jump in, learn, and take ownership has quickly made a positive impact on the Purchasing Team. She approaches new challenges with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to understand not only what needs to be done, but why it matters. Whether she is applying her previous experience, learning a new process, or stepping in to support the team, Dawn consistently demonstrates the values that make a strong Kline team member.
