Your 2026 Open Enrollment Guide: What You Need to Know


Open Enrollment is right around the corner—and this year’s enrollment window is December 1–12, 2025. Whether you’re reviewing your current benefits or making changes for 2026, here’s everything you need to know to stay on track and ensure your coverage is accurate.


Two Ways to Enroll

  1. Meet With a Benefits Counselor - (Recommended while appointments are available)

    1. Appointments take place December 1–12

    2. Must be scheduled by November 24

    3. Review your benefits in detail

    4. Complete enrollment with guided support

  2. Self-Enroll Through the Portal

    Prefer to enroll on your own? You can complete your enrollment starting December 1.

    Login Instructions:

    • User ID: First initial of first name + last name + last 4 digits of SSN

    • PIN: Last 4 digits of SSN + last 2 digits of birth year

    Example:John SmithUser ID: jsmith1453PIN: 145360

    You can access the enrollment portal via the QR code on the flyer or through the Team Kline Benefits Portal link.

Is Open Enrollment Required?

Yes—Open Enrollment is mandatory to review, even if you don’t plan to make changes.Please log in to confirm your benefits and verify all dependent and beneficiary information to ensure your coverage is accurate for 2026.


What You Need to Review

During Open Enrollment, please double-check:

  • Dependent names

  • Dates of birth

  • Social Security numbers

  • Beneficiary information

Incorrect, missing, or outdated information could affect your coverage.
